Internal Family System (IFS)
We carry many of our experiences with us, like an internal system of memories which define how we interact with daily life
There is a complex set of “parts” inside each of us, which we have collected during our lifetimes. They help us manage, balance, and protect all that is important to us.
What we call “thinking” can be understood as collection of conversations between these parts.
Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), we can learn how to listen to each part, and give them the attention they need, thereby increasing your capacity to live with more energy and freedom.
Eitan is a Certified, Level III trained IFS Therapist, and also works on IFS trainings as a program assistant.
“Certification” means his sessions have been reviewed for quality and completeness by expert IFS leaders, and has ongoing supervision with a Certified IFS Consultant and Trainer.
As a program assistant, he works on IFS trainings, guiding therapists learning the model in how to improve their skills and increase their self-presence.
